Gina Carrillo is a passionate employment law attorney with the goal of protecting employees’ rights and creating a workplace that fosters excellent employee morale and minimizes employer liability. She is a zealous advocate for the little guy, both employers and employees. She represents employees and employers in litigation and consults with small businesses. What Gina is passionate about is that employers and employees have the right knowledge to navigate tricky employment laws in the workplace. Maintaining a compliant workplace will save companies money and create happy employees. Before going out on her own, Gina was a Senior Federal Trial Attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for seven and a half years. She worked in both the Phoenix District Office and the Los Angeles District Office. Not only is she well versed in federal employment discrimination law, but she has also studied countless employer handbooks, investigations, and other human resources documents to know what works, and what doesn’t. She has represented the rights of employees in federal court extensively and knows what it takes for a case to be successful.
