Her dual role as an experienced litigator and trusted advisor positions her as a valuable asset to businesses and employees, as she navigates the complexities of employment law with confidence and clarity.

Gina previously served as Senior Federal Trial Attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for seven and a half years. Her prior experience provides valuable insight into federal employment discrimination laws and the administrative process. Gina’s experience at the EEOC allows her to provide both employees and employers solution driven advice to solve their disputes. Gina also has extensive experience representing clients on wage and hour issues, employment agreements, the Arizona Sick Leave Law, and other federal and Arizona employment laws.
