Alexander Swafford

Alexander Swafford is a law clerk, currently in his third year at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He has assisted the firm on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including construction, intellectual property, real estate, and employment disputes.

He has also performed research, review and drafting on a number of transactional matters including commercial leasing, IP transfer, corporate acquisitions and executive employment.
